So I have chosen the song I will survive by Gloria Gaynor for my agency. My dispatchers have been through so much and yet every single day they come in and give it their all. We have had significant leadership changes in the last 5 years which is hard because when a new Chief comes in they want to change things to meet their expectations. My dispatchers have gone with the punches, have always remained positive and are the shining light of our agency. Each of my 12 Dispatchers comes in daily and puts their entire heart into their job. We survive to do the best of our abilities for our citizens and our officers.
