The Patience of Job

I wish I could see every caller and their location through the telephone.  I wish I knew that every first responder would never be harmed or in danger at their scene.  I wish I had more patience sometimes, like Job.  I wish everyone knew exactly what really happens in an Emergency Communications Center, the bad and the good!
