Teleporting Powers

“Instantaneous travel between two locations without crossing the intervening space.” Dispatchers basically have this power and use it on a daily basis. Whether it is a traffic stop or disturbance call, we use our knowledge of a specific area or utilize the programs available to figure out officer locations if we do not get clear location information, which happens pretty frequently. In some cases, we have the power to tell the officer his location before he actually knows it. We use these powers a lot, which sometimes gives us a headache, but we push through and use our teleporting powers to the best of our ability.
