As all PSAPS we are dedicated overworked dispatchers, we are a small department with 14 dispatchers working with only 9  for over a year now since we have been down 5 dispatchers. We have gone through numerous amounts of trainees that have not made it and were right back at square one. Our dispatchers are all dedicated and are adapting to our new normal of working almost 6 days a week, several 12 hour shifts and so forth to make our center run smoothly. I could not ask for a better group of dispatchers, employees, friends and family as we consider ourselves, to work with. Please consider us during National Public Safety Telecommunications week.
