Pause, Rewind, and Playback…

Two very crucial parts of dispatching are loving what you do and loving who you do it with. Dispatch may be a calling, but it is also your family. Quite often in our families, there are stress-building Cousin Eddie moments that cause the family to snap. Wouldn’t it be beneficial if we could just pause in those high-tempered moments, discuss why we lost our temper, and completely get a redo on the moment?
