KSP Post 1

I work with an awesome group of telecommunicators!  We have been through various severe incidents including tornados, floods, blizzards, an active shooter situations and two LOD deaths together.  We support and lift up one another and face it all as a family on and off duty.  We are a diverse group that range from 22+ years of service to some just starting without any prior law enforcement experience.  We share the duties of training our new hires and hope that the time we invest in them will help us to gain additional employees that take pride in our agency, our community and our post family.  We see a lot of supervisors come from other areas of the state to our post when they promote and most leave knowing they have another home to come back to.
