Asst. Lead Tara Pauli

We call her “Positive Pauli” for reason. She was my trainer five years ago and just recently was moved to a shift where the culture needed change along with direction and she was able to do this just by being herself, open-minded and relative to her shifts needs as well as staying on point with what is expected by her superiors. I am completely inspired and hope to achieve half of what she’s done for the future of our communications center!
