DJ Jess

As a trainer I had the opportunity to have Jessica Trudeau as my trainee.  She is a single mom of 4 and was always at work when we needed her.  She would come in early if called and she would still manage to be at football games and at school activities even though we worked the night before.  She has very little help from family.  She has been a sounding board for me since she had released as a fully trained dispatcher for struggles as a parent and also struggles with our communication center.   She has since been able to move to another shift so I don’t get a chance to see her as often, but I know that if I need a laugh or something to get my mind back into the game, I can count on her.
