CMHIP had an ancient phone system. I mean ANCIENT. This system was so old it wasn’t equipped to show caller ID! We’ve since upgraded to a CISCO program that not only upgraded the phone itself but is integrated into a computer system. We have caller ID and several other fancy functions! This upgrade has enhanced our work lives tenfold!
