Bonner County 911

This year we’ve had the most staff retention of any year I’ve worked here in a decade. We started the year with only one more person than we ended it with. Our team has grown so much and supported each other through terrible calls, trauma on and off duty, very busy shifts, low staff days, times where everyone is sick and everything in between. For a small agency we run a tight ship, take care of each other really well and have great backing! We even got everyone, short of the director, in one picture during TC week by forming a line of cops into the center to yell down the line if the phone started ringing so one of us could rush back in. Team work all around 🙂
