Ability to See Through the Eyes of the Caller

Oh, how much easier the life of a telecommunicator would be if we could all just see what our complainants are seeing. No more having to ask “which direction did they go?” and hearing “that way”. No more having to ask the complainant “which part of the house are you in?” and hearing “the inside”. And, no more hearing the commossion and pleas for help and not being able to tell what is happening.
