Never lose empathy
Covington-Newton County 911
Telecommunicators have one of the toughest jobs in public safety. They show up day and night, taking the difficult calls. They are the unseen heroes. If telecommunicators could have one superpower, it should be the ability to never lose empathy. Sometimes you become numb or desensitized from the tough calls you answer everyday. If telecommunicators were able to never lose empathy, they could connect even more with callers in midst of emergencies. It will also allow them to no longer have the chance to become numb or desensitized to those tough calls.
