Forever a Superhero

I have worked for the San Antonio Police for almost 30 years and have seen many changes good and bad right along with supervisors who could make this job extremely stressful & then you have some like Mr. Alberto Quiroga. When Mr. Quiroga started working with us, morale was down due to all the changes being made in our PSAP.  As one of the newest supervisors he walked around our center reassuring us that the changes and asking for feedback, and a lot of us felt relieved that someone took time to ask for our feedback. Mr. Quiroga is compassionate, a hard worker, and knowledgeable and always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need.  I am about to retire after 30 years and happy that my friends and co-workers have such a great supervisor when things get tough.
