The Invisible Super Woman

I am inspired by a co-worker named Fatima Singleton, She is the epitome of being an invisible super woman. Most times, a dispatcher’s super power is invisibility, when we do our job correctly most will not even know we are there. Fatima has always volunteered to assist administration, training  and herself grow into various responsibilities in the center. She constantly uplifts not only her peers that she works with on shift day to day but she also encourages leadership and management to continue to push through and recognizes the contributions of all of the staff that it takes to deliver 911 services to our residents
