Barbour County 911

Over the course of the last year, we have undergone 2 administration changes and have had multiple employees leave to better themselves with better paying, better benefitting jobs (I don’t blame anyone for bettering themselves). The 5 of the employees who have stayed through the admin changes (our center only has 7-8 dispatchers) have worked countless hours over overtime and have helped admin and trainers teach the new hires the proper procedures and techniques. The employees have stuck through thick and thin and worked hard to keep the morale up at our center! I believe the men and women of our center are very deserving of a good telecommunicators week and this can help make it possible!
