Winston/Louisville Police Dept

Being a small comm center, we have to give our best to everyone; even though we don’t get the recognition for the job each individually does their best.  The average person will not be able to handle this job – it takes a strong-minded dedicated and heartfelt person to do this job. Now each day is not easy, they work an 12-hour shift away from their family, have to be on call for all types of situation,  which I can relate to all situations being on both sides. Started off in the comm center now in supervisor position, and going to head personnel asking for things to make dispatch better. It’s not an easy task.  We are one department that’s not recognized but always blamed. So if Louisville Police Department could be nominated we will be greatly appreciated.
