Cecil County Department of Emergency Services is a combined PSAP that also dispatches for local fire departments, hazmat, and five police agencies. Much like other agencies, we are going through a bit of a staffing crisis currently. Our dispatchers are working multiple mandatory 18 hour shifts during their scheduled rotation and are often exhausted. This group works so hard every single day and deserves to have a free lunch!
