A sigh of relief

When I think of a sidekick, I think to myself that is someone who is there for you through thick and thin. The person I am nominating is someone I can go to with a vent session or just needing my daily laughs. Everyone knows working in an ECC can be stressful and you always need that one person you can unload to and she is my person. I have had numerous bad days and I would call my nomination just to vent and by the end of the conversation we are laughing. She is dedicated to her job and the definition of team work. There has been numerous times she heard I was having a busy day and she took the self initiative to come help when she knew she didn’t have to. I am nominating Marion Lawson as the sidekick of the year and appreciate she has done to help me and make our center stronger.
